so i have not written anything in a while, its usually just been pictures of ben

so we are trying to buy this freaking house in silver spring, its a short sale (bank owned), and big mistake! so its already been months since our offer went in and was chosen as the best (YAY!) but are and still waiting for the bank to “approve” the sale. they keep coming back saying “we will let you know early next week” and they have done this about half a dozen times already, very frustrating. and so we are currently living in an apartment and once we found out that they chose our offer over several other we put in our notice, well we are about to reach the end of our notice. another twist to this is that our apartment management said that we could have an extra month if we wanted to (SUPER!), well they have already rented our our apartment (SUPER FREAKIN DANDY!!!!) so we are pretty much out left to dry with the house and the apartment (thats why the title homeless), I am going to talk to management on monday morning, so stay tuned…

i am also thinking about getting out of this short sale shit! (recommendation, DON’T DO THE SHORT!)
