We recently took a trip to Maine, to celebrate our anniversary, we take a trip around the same time every year to somewhere where we haven't been. I was really excited about this one because I have always wanted to go to Maine, and it was leaf peeping time! We couldn't have asked for better weather, it was more like late spring than fall.

We took a long route to get to Maine, first visiting an old friend in upstate New York, followed by a quick stop in New Hampshire for an awesome hike.

Hope you enjoy some of these photos from our trip.

Got to see some old friends!

This was one of the best hikes I had ever done, it wasn't very technical, and the views were amazing!

Mountain top cairn.

Our first night in Maine: We stayed in a really cute little vintage camper in someones backyard. It was pretty good for a couple nights, didn't like that we had to hull are stuff back and forth to the camper, it would have been nice to just drive right up to it.
